Hurricane Faith, the sixth for the 1966 season is shown here over the Atlantic in a photo made by weather satellite "ESSA\" at 8:00am EST 8/30. Outlined in the photo is the Southeastern United States Bermuda and the Bahama Islands. The hurricane was centered near latitude 26.9 North, longitude 72.2 West or about 500 miles East of Palm Beach, Fla at the time the picture was made.
