Gavarni, Paul, 1804-1866 · July 8, 1843
Two young men stopping on the street corner. The one on the left seen almost from the back and turned to the right, one hand on the cane which he is bending, the other on the sash pulled hanging from the shutters of a window. His friend has his hands in the pockets of his overcoat. On the wall above the head of the latter, there is written: (rue) La Bruyere.
