As of 2015, she has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the United South End Settlements (USES), and in this interview, describes how the organization and its programs have changed since she took the post. Weir Lytle also discusses managing USES during a time of financial hardship, especially post-pandemic and the decision to sell the organization's headquarters, the Harriet Tubman House.
