Here and Now, "Teabag" protests at the State Capitol, Thoughts of some people who are among the 46 percent falling into the taxed-too-high category per a Gallup poll. You may have heard about so-called tea parties held across the country on Wednesday. They brought together people who were angry about taxes and a whole lot more at the state capitol. Art Hackett reports. state budget, State Joint Finance Committee members spent all day Thursday working on the state budget. Co-Chair, Democrat Mark Pocan joins us in Madison studio. Republican Joint Finance member Representative Robin Vos joins us from Kenosha via poly-com. St Norbert poll findings, SOT with graphics that covers some of the WPR/St Norbert poll findings - ratings on budget plans, pay freezes, smoking ban, etc, young mayor of Manitowoc, 22 year-old Justin Nickels works at a Copps Food Store in Manitowoc. He also just became the Mayor of that city. Nickels, a 4-year veteran of the City Council, won the spring election by fewer than 20 votes, and survived the recount. He'll be sworn in next Tuesday. He takes charge of Manitowoc at a time the city faces 12 percent unemployment.
