Here and Now, Teenage Drinking, Report from Dept. of Health and Human Services says more than a quarter adult drivers in Wisconsin said they had driven drunk in the past year. Experts point to a culture that encourages drinking in Wisconsin. Our next guest tells us that up to 95 percent of adult problem drinkers got their start as teenagers, and he's got new science to show why teens are at especially high risk.
