Here and Now, 4th district of wisconsin race, Wisconsin's fourth district, a large part of the city of Milwaukee. For the last 20 years the fourth has been served by Democrat Jerry Kleczka who is retiring. Winners of Tuesday's primary join us now. Democratic State Senator Gwen Moore and Republican Milwaukee Attorney Gerald Boyle. Kerry, Bush campaigning TAPE, Presidential visits to Wisconsin since Wisconsin is considered a battleground state. It was quite a week. Reporter Art Hackett gives us a brief tour of the campaigning here bu John Kerry and George W. Bush, campaigning that eventually focused on the issue of health care. u.s. senate candidate, Tim Michels won the Republican primary in that contest. He declined our invitation to appear tonight, but the incumbent, senate candidate Russ Feingold joins us. Patriot Act, civil liberties. disabled population voting, Disabled Americans have a great deal at stake in the outcome of the November elections. They also have more difficulty getting to the polls. What are their options? Statewide workshops are helping disabled Wisconsinites get answers. One of the forums is next Tuesday in Milwaukee sponsored by the Wisconsin Coalition for Advocacy and the Wisconsin Council on Developmental Disabilities whose Executive Director Jennifer Ondrejka joins us now.
