These three areas were the scene of the Israelites? early wanderings. One of the most famous Biblical personalities, Ruth, was a Moabite. Through his research, Dr. Glueck is able to document and explore Ruth?s character. Using a number of artifacts, he traces cultural differences between the Jews and the civilizations of the three areas.
