Two sides of building shown - good details. The entrance is a very small attached structure with a door. The house is the larger building next door, a portion of which is seen in the drawing. Writing on picture gives dates of building "1798-1837" and "cost $1,287.00." Caption also notes that it was sketched "from memory of Miss Elizabeth Foster."
