Here and Now, school referenda, Madison voters said 'no' to two out of three school referenda questions at the polls Tuesday. More districts are coming to voters for money. We turn now to someone who has to act on the will of the voters, Madison School Superintendent Art Rainwater., soldiers home on memorial day, Memorial Day honors veterans and soldiers. They join us out of Menomonie. environmental impact study of wind turbine project, Wisconsin DNR and the U-S Fish and Wildlife Service say the information presented by the company that wants to build the state's largest wind farm in Dodge and Fond du Lac counties falls short of what's needed to fully assess the project's environmental effects. Wisconsin Public Service Commission will decide whether the electrical generating project will be built.
