Leon R. Kass is both a physician and philosopher. Trained as a doctor, Kass also has a degree in biochemistry. He wrote TOWARD A MORE NATURAL SCIENCE: BIOLOGY AND HUMAN AFFAIRS to explore the moral implication of biology in the modern world. Dr. Kass is Luce Professor of the Liberal Arts of Human biology at the University of Chicago. Part 1 of 2.
