'A group of singers (three are members of the Choral Art Society) practice around the piano for a sing-along as part of the third annual Daniel Webster Day at Ventress Memorial Library. Later that day, Mr. Rancatore accompanied singers of all ages who participated in the 'Adelaide Phillips voice competition' at the library. Miss Phillips was a well-known opera singer and Marshfield resident who lived from 1833-1882. Pictured, from left to right: librarian Nancy Robertson, patron Carole McCorry, patron Priscilla Maglio, myself librarian Christine Woods, library assistant Karen Jenks, and pianist and patron Richard Rancatore. Location: Marshfield Center.'
