Postcard shows the Massachusetts State Armory on Main Street at the corner of Armory Street. The building was dedicated on January 15, 1913. In 1975 the town of Wakefield purchased the armory from the state for one dollar. It is now known as the Americal Civic Center and operated by the Americal Civic Center Association.
