On this episode of Report from Santa Fe, Former First Lady of New Mexico, Alice King, and Former Governor Bruce King, discuss the Governor’s Award for the Arts, The Outstanding Woman Award, The Children, Youth, and Family Department, and The Children’s Trust Fund. A portion of marriage license fees and children's license plates are put into the fund to help prevent child abuse and neglect and make life better for children. Bruce King helps work on the family ranch and Alice King stays involved in many children’s programs throughout the state. Hostess: Lorene Mills.
