Du Bois also presents the positions he and Alvin Johnson discussed for the board, including: Editor-in-chief, Associate Editor, and seven Assistant editors in the fields of Africa and anthropology, History and sociology, Economics, West Indies, South America and Asia, Education and religion, Literature and art, and Biography.
