Image shows ship from side, center smoke stack with masts topped with lights on either side, POLLACK in large white letters along side of ship; in icy waters. Image is mounted to cardboard. Frame backing stamped "Art Special/Made by/Slade Studios System, " dated in fountain pen ink upper right "Sept. 22, 1928" with later pencil inscription beneath: "This is the boat that my son Robert W. H. Parbin worked on in 1936."
