A short article talks about a conference of former and current psychiatric inmates; some of the workshops at the conference that the author highlights include one on arts and the anti-psychiatry movement, a men's caucus, and a gay group. There is a brief discussion about the bill S.B. 1437/H.R. 6869, which recently passed by the Senate and, it was worried, could expand legislation concerning psychiatric incarceration.
