Music and dancing behind a building that might be Residencia Betances. The man playing the guitar on the left is Claudio Ragazzi, director of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's Arte y Cultura. The man on the right playing a guitar is Alex Alvear, musician and Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción staff member. Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción opened Residencia Betances in 1993 to provide housing for previously homeless Hispanics with mental health problems. The five-storey row house was staffed by bilingual and bicultural staff 24 hours a day.
