A New York Times best-selling author, Morrell has written 29 novels, with 18 million copies in print. In his new book "Inspector of the Dead" Morrell continues using Thomas De Quincy as the protagonist, as he did in his last historical thriller "Murder as a Fine Art," named "one of the 5 best thrillers of 2013."
