Los Angeles, cal. Detective Lloyd Bougher (left) is shown with Ralph E. Kyle, navy veteran, as the latter was questioned today in connection with the mutilation murder of Mrs. Louise Springer, mother of a 20-months-old baby, in circumstances resembling those of the "black dahlia" murder of two years ago. Kyle was picked up when he was found sleeping in a car with a navy uniform and a long-bladed knife beside him. the exhibits are on the table. police had been seeking a "man in navy uniform" who was reported seen walking away from the car in which Mrs. springer's body was found.
