'Nicholas C. Costello conducting Amesbury Middle School class--a long history of music education--president of Amesbury High School band under the late Francis Lawlor--after graduating from Ithaca College in New York he returned and became the AHS music director. He is currently music director at Winchester High School and executive director of the Maudslay Arts Center, Inc. in Maudslay State Park, Newburyport (volunteer of 26 years).
