A woman holds up her flounced skirt as she performs a dance in the plaza surrounded by a crowd of spectators. Several little girls in their dance costumes sit on the ground at the edge of the dance space. The dancers (one is only partially visible at the edge of the frame) are performing at Festival Betances, the oldest Latino community arts festival in New England.
