Music and dancing behind a building that might be Residencia Betances. The man playing the guitar is Claudio Ragazzi, director of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's Arte y Cultura. Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción opened Residencia Betances in 1993 to provide housing for previously homeless Hispanics with mental health problems. The five-storey row house was staffed by bilingual and bicultural staff 24 hours a day.
