Concerning a meeting with Art Kelly of Western Airlines to discuss the Superteams air charter idea, noting the discussion did not go well. McCormack describes the meeting noting the reason why the charter idea may not pan out. Following this, McCormack describes other matters in the meeting including Kelly's desire not explore other areas for association. McCormack requests a proposal be prepared regarding licensing.
