The card reads "This hotel, located near the Common, Public Garden, Art Museum, Public Library, Institute of Technology & places of amusement, is also as near the railroad depots as any other first-class house. The structure is fire-proof, and contains every modern convenience, including baggage and passenger elevator. Horse cars pass the door." The verso was used as a dance card.
