A woman, 3/4 to the left, disheveled hair, feather over her ear, waving a broom, on which a pair of man's trousers are suspended. She treads on several volumes on the floor on which on can read: "Droits - de 'homme. Mérite - des femmes." The titles are also traced in the ground with the following words: "Cuisiniére bourgeoise, Art d'élever des lapins."
