A photograph taken on showing (from left to right) Springfield College president Wilbert E. Locklin and Jack Costello sitting next to each other in a room. It is believed that this photograph was used in Springfield Union newspaper articles on the Black students involvement in the Springfield College Massasoit Hall takeover. Handwritten on the back is "S.C. Massasoit Hall." Also on the back, the date was originally stamped "March 10, 1970," but the 10 was scratched out. Technician who created metadata for this item decided that the number written to replace the 10 was unable to be deciphered. For confirmation see page 2; Handwritten on the back is "S.C.
