Letter from Phillip N. Pike to Helen J. Kendrick

Phil asks Helen what she thinks of the Baileys, who she recently met. He tells her that Hazel Bailey wrote to him and said Helen had been well received. Phil is still ready to leave the fort, but they haven't gotten the order yet. Harry doesn't seem to believe Art's good fortune, and he mentions it in every letter. Phil isn't concerned, because Art's plans have fallen through before.
