The Grammy Award winning bandleader and pianist Eddie Palmieri plays the piano with a cigar in his mouth and a smile on his lips. He and his orchestra provided the music for Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's 1993 Cultura Viva, the annual fundraising gala held that year at the Wang Center for the Performing Arts (now called the Citi Performing Arts Center) in honor of Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's 25th anniversary.
