A photograph of Charles E. Silvia, famous Springfield College Men's Swimming and Diving coach, at the ceremonies for his indcution into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1976. Flanking him is William Yorzyk, 1956 Gold Medalist for the dolphin butterfly, and Art Linkletter, famous CBS TV personality. Silvia is holding his plaque and standing behind the podium. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a contributor.
