Benjamin Silliman letter to Edward Hitchcock, 1824 June 12

A letter to Edward Hitchcock in which Benjamin Silliman thanks Hitchcock for giving a copy of his book on the geology of the Connecticut to the Yale library. Silliman also comments on the states of Hitchcock's and his own health, discusses some of Hitchcock's pieces for The American Journal of Science, and notes that [Amos] Eaton has left a copy of his book for Silliman.
