This is a an audio tape of an interview of William L. Blizard conducted by John Moriarty and Ronald J. Maggio dated April 21, 2004. They talk about the start of collecting art and the beginnings of the William T. Simpson cultural arts series in 1962. They talk about how and why Blizard was hired, pieces of art that may have value, the philosophy behind the buying and establishing of an art program at that time. They also talk about where information on the art would be. This was done to collect information on the 2004 review of the college's art collection. The interview is almost 49 minutes.
