Handwritten letter from Dennis Meggs dated July 12,1976 from Norfolk, Massachusetts to Fritz and Jeanne Bultman. Meggs was convicted of rape and assault and served 18 years in prison, released in 1992. Meggs pursued a friendship with and help from the Bultmans related to his case and studied art. The envelope included a short letter and an article from the Provincetown Advocate of August 28, 1975 related to rapes in the area.
