Portrait of Luigi Groto with prominent nose, closed eyes, and wearing a coat with a fur collar. Portrait is circled with the words "Luigi Groto Cieco di Hadria di eta D. Anni XXXI", and a frame of flowers, birds, and other ornament. Note: Luigi Groto, 1541-1581. Likeness attributed to Tintoretto from one of a number of editions of his works published in Venice by Zoppino Bros. This one was published in 1593.
