An intricate border surrounds the scene with the small image of a serpent, apple, and skull at the bottom. Writing on the bottom of the print reads "T. Wale. del. Grignien sculp. 80" According to information written on the back of the print, T. Wale (born 1708, died 1783) was an English physician and painter. Grignien was an 18th century English engraver.
