A skeleton leads a man who is blind by holding the end of his walking stick and grasping the fabric of his cloak. Above is the symbol of an hour glass with wings. Beneath the image is the text "Caecus coecu un ducit & ambe in foueu m cadunt" meaning "The blind leading the blind and both fall into the pit."
