The Hunt Highway Tree. I have always loved trees. My father was a forester. I remember in 5th or 6th grade sitting on the grass outside of Crooked River Grade School drawing the trees that lines 3rd Street. That was when I first really knew that I wanted to be an artist. There are certain trees all throughout the country that I have adopted as my own. This is one. There is one in Bethesda, MD which is special. The large tree on the M. Mansion grounds is another one. The twin oaks at the head office of TFC are lovely. Then there was the willow and the blue spruce at my home in Prineville that are 現在 gone.
