Addressed to Hannah Dorner; congratulating her "on a magnificent piece of work"; hoping she can arrange for Dr. Armattoe to stop at the Los Angeles home of his friends, the Somervilles, and contact the Curtises when he arrives at St. Louis; noting he left a cane at the recent meeting at the Waldorf; and hoping he can help her reimburse "a kind lady" who lent him $1 "when I landed at the Garden without carfare... If you hear who she is, let me know."
