Hosted by Rafael Pi Roman, New York Voices, on the eve of the third anniversary of the World Trade Center attack, remembers the tragedy of September 11th by looking to the promise of the future with profiles of The Joyce Theater, The Drawing Center, and the Freedom Center, four organizations that have been chosen to be part of a Downtown arts center that will help revitalize Lower Manhattan. New York Voices is a news magazine made up of segments featuring profiles and interviews with New Yorkers talking about the issues affecting New York.
