In the picture is the church, documented in 1604, but probably much older, dedicated to “St. Cuvios Paraschiva.” It was overbuilt in 1785 when the proscomidia was painted by the famous Zugrav Radu Munteanu. The rest of the church was painted between 1793-1794, according to local tradition, by the painting Gheorghe from DragomiRestul. In the first half of the nineteenth century the porch was added, and at the end of the same century the openings between the nave and the narthex were made. The church has rectangular plan with porch on the west and apse of the altarpiece, in retreat. It is lit by windows on two levels, has a double lap roof and a bell tower on the narthex, with the bell room in the console, open, with arches on the pillars and high, pyramidal roof. Do not suffer from the incursions of the Tatars from 1717. The Church is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
