Altar of St. Stephen from 1649 was made on the order of abbot Aleksander Kęsowski. His coat of arms and the date of creation of the altar appear on the entablature. It is dedicated to the martyrs of the Church. There are paintings in the retable and in the finial of the altar. The main painting depicting the stoning of St. Stephen's Cathedral was painted on a copper sheet by the Gdańsk painter Ambrosius Sprengel. In the culmination, the smaller painting shows the scene of the slaughter of the innocents in Bethlehem. The bas-reliefs in the predella depict St. Thomas of Canterbury, St. Lawrence, Archdeacon of Pope Sixtus II. The altarpiece shows St. Dionysius - the first bishop of Paris, on the right St. Vincent of Zaragoza. The altar is decorated with putti, palm trees and crowns.
