Partille consists of a medieval western part and a later built eastern part. The medieval church can be built between 1280 and 1350, probably on the foundation of an even older church. In 1751-52 the church was further expanded. The east gable with the vault and the choir were completely razed in favor of a larger ship, which is directly connected to the choir. In 1769 a sacristy was erected on the eastern gable. The current House of Arms dates from 1855. It was erected as a substitute for the old, which was located in the same place. The belfry is wooden and fitted with copper-clad hood. Of the two bells, it is smaller from 1653 and the larger from 1725. The chimpel at the top has belonged to a former belfry (from 1652). The altar, made of wood, probably originated from the old church. It was supplemented in 1691 with the current altarpiece, which is executed in German Baroque style.
