Cast copper alloy miniature socketed spearhead.The spearhead is leaf-shaped and has a socketed shaft formed by a single rolled over strip of copper alloy. The spear is undecorated and the lower part of the socket is missing.This form of spearhead is also known from Baalons-Bouvellmont in the Ardennes, and Baldock in England.Miniature spears are difficult to date although they are thought to range from circa 400BC to the mid-late 1st century AD.
