Unknown artist
Peasant painting on various finer or coarse linen apprentices, probably painted in tempera with eggs and ev. a little flour. One third of the right side is painted on a thin dark linen fabric that is on top of a gridded linen fabric. Motif of Jesus' life - the birth of Jesus, the baptism of Christ, Christ sweat in the Örtagården, Christ’s crown of thorns and his possessions. The bonade that had previously been larger or possibly belonged to a series of bonades for wall motation (possibly in wall fields) and was then periodically overtaped. Remains of different pattern wallpapers remain on the surface. Inscribed in the Main Catalogue 1910. It probably belongs to M 3166: b, which was found in 1982-12-22 according to reg. short.
