Blouse made of manta (factory cotton). Worn with wraparound skirt 5075-405 and faja. 5075-541.‖ The traditional women's costume of Cuetzalan consists of the "quechquemitl", wrap skirt, blouse, belt and headdress. The blouse is made of factory-made cotton and the sleeves and neckline are often decorated with embroidery. In the past, only black thread was used for embroidery, but nowadays all kinds of colours are used.
