Indian blouse, embroidered with floral motifs, worn on a skirt of unbleached cotton. A quechequemitl is worn on top, a triangular cloth with an opening in the middle for the head. A second quechequemitl is usually placed over the high up hair. The quechequemitl was already worn by the Aztecs.\Men wear similar blouses only these have an open collar and smooth cuffs.\The blouse was put together by sewing machine, but is not a factory product. The blouse has a machine embroidered edge, to which the bottom panel is stitched. The sleeves have an armpit piece. Shoulder seams are left open and can be closed with press studs. The sleeves are pleated at the wrist and finished with an edge; they also close with a press stud.
