Fabric made in sprang technique
1948
Narrow cloth - not starched and ironed - hence rather wrinkled and much longer than wide. Executed in sprang technique, three types represented: 'sencillo' ,'agujeritos' and 'calado' (see fieldwork notes and analysis [IWJ-7] for explanation). Warp consists of sewing thread (La Cadena #20). \Cloth shows the same pattern as 5946-389, only in reverse order.
