Cloth made in sprang technique
1948
Materials: white sewing thread (La Cadena #20). Twine-plaiting technique, so no weft. Three types are represented: 'sencillo', 'agujeritos' and 'calado'. Decorations executed in three horizontal bands: stylized floral motives flanking a diamond-in-glass pattern. On four sides trimmed with a machine-made lace border. Object is starched and ironed. By collector analysed under IWJ-5.
