Huipil consisting of three strips. Gauze with additional weft threads, both across the width and locally woven. The lace-like gauze is set with diamond shapes over the entire surface. The woven decorations form rows of chequered patterns in alternating colours (yellow, red, green, blue, pink, purple) which are shifted relative to each other in the three bands. The decoration in the middle strip is accentuated below the neckline by a multicoloured block of diamonds and diagonal lines. The three bands are stitched together using the randa technique in alternating color lots. The sleeves are finished with blue cotton (festoon stitch). The neckline is trimmed with green fabric.
