This huipil was bought by Bodil Christensen in 1966 in Buena Vista. It is made of white hand-spun cotton, woven in linen weave with a warp effect and the panels that make up the huipil are stitched together using 'randa' stitching. The front of the huipil is decorated with animal motives like deer, horses and winged animals, the back is decorated with birds and four-headed eagles. The central panel is decorated on the chest with flower-star motifs; the shoulders are decorated with the same pattern. The neckline is finished with multicolored 'randa' stitching. \Motifs [for illustration]: Flo-A-4 (flower);Flo-E-2 (flower combination);Zo-B-Ea-10 (eagle);Zo-B-Ea-2 (eagle);Zo-B-Fo-2 (four-headed eagle);Zo-M-De-2 (deer);Zo-M-Ho-1 (horse);Zo-M-Ho-2 (horse);Zo-M-Ho-3 (horse);Zo-M-Ho-4 (horse)
