Lancer's Rest (Tomb)

Welcome to the burial. Mind the orbs. An Arduin project pending Emperors Choice publication in 2026, for the 50th Anniversary Arduin event, New York. First up, a quick conceptual image created by a known duo: the mausoleum area of Lancer's Rest. Ed Bickford did the fast appearance stuff while Roland Brown provided correction and color. All under Dave Bukata's lightning supervision. Afterward, Brown also did the amazing conceptual aerial of a mini-city built on a spiral, providing subterranean entrance to Lancer's Rest. As you might know, Lancer's Rest was the final work of old pal Dave Hargrave before his summer '88 death. Why the project was verifiably and authentically dedicated to me, is forever unknown. Super-appreciative and still surprised, for sure. And really wish Dave was still here, doing his legendary stuff.
